By accessing Tobias Kibbles’ website, referred to as the “Site,” you, the “User,” hereby acknowledge that the User has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions.
If you do not agree, please stop using this Site and/or Services immediately.
Tobias kibbles and its management expressly reserve the right, in part or in whole, to revise, amend, withdraw, or change these terms and conditions and policies at any time, with or without prior notice to its Users. All such revisions, amendments, withdrawals, or changes shall take effect automatically or immediately upon being posted on the Site.
ONLINE SHOPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Warranties for Products
Non-exclusive Tobias kibbles branded Goods are supplied and sold “as is, where is,” unless the manufacturer or supplier of such Goods has issued a warranty in respect of such Goods, in which case such Goods are supplied and sold with the warranties issued and granted by the manufacturer or supplier of such Goods only. You hereby agree to direct any claims relating to such warranties solely to such manufacturer or supplier.
2. Pricing & Product Information
The prices displayed on www.tobiaskibbles.com are only for online purchases. Certain product prices may vary slightly from those charged in Tobias kibbles retail stores. Promotions that are available online are not always available in-store, and vice versa. While all pricing and product information is as accurate as possible, Tobias Kibbles reserves the right to change product pricing and other details at any time without prior notice. The expiry date on the packaging indicates how long the product will be usable before it is opened.
3. Discounts and Loyalty Points
Subject to the terms and conditions of current promotions, applicable membership privileges (i.e. Birthday Discount, Bulk Discount, and Loyalty Point) will be granted only after verification of membership status.
- 5% Daily Savings¹ on regular-priced items and grooming services with minimum spend of $50
- 15% Birthday Month Savings¹ on regular-priced items and grooming services with minimum spend of $80
- ¹ Not applicable for sale of gift vouchers.
4. Surcharge for Delivery Service
For nett purchases under S$50, there is a S$10 delivery surcharge. For nett purchases of S$50 or more, delivery is free. No deliveries will be made outside of Singapore’s mainland or to post office boxes. After the first failed delivery, there will be a S$10 re-delivery surcharge.
For initial orders of $50 or more:
If there are any order changes and the revised total amount is less than $50, a $10 delivery surcharge will be applied.
5. Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, as well as PAYNOW.
6. Order Confirmation
Orders placed online by the User are deemed accepted when Tobias Kibbles sends an order summary email to the User.
If you place an order for home delivery at a retail store, our Delivery Service Officer will contact you to confirm your order and advise you on the delivery lead time. Tobias Kibbles reserves the right to reject and/or limit the quantities ordered if stocks become unavailable. If an item is out of stock or has been substituted, the final amount payable will be adjusted before any deductions are made. If a product is delivered by mistake to a customer, Tobias Kibbles reserves the right to collect the incorrect product.
7. Lead Time for Delivery
The following is only applicable to online orders. If you place an order for home delivery at a retail store, our Delivery Service Officer will contact you to confirm your order and advise you on the delivery lead time.

|Subject to the terms and conditions listed below, stocks are available for same-day or next-day delivery.
- All items in the order must be in ‘Available’ stock status only;
- Orders must be placed before 10 a.m. on Tuesdays through Fridays, excluding public holidays and the day before public holidays;
- Due to limited delivery slots per day, this option will be unavailable once slots are full;
- Express orders of $50 or more (net after discounts) = $5;
- Express orders of less than $50 (net after discounts) = $10
8. Click & Collect Service
Orders placed using the Click & Collect service will be delivered from our warehouse to the store of your choice.
- Fees for orders of $50 or more (net of discounts) = Free
- For orders of less than $50 (net after discounts) = $10 (to cover the cost of logistics & delivery to store)
- When your click-and-collect order is delivered to the store, an email with a QR code will be sent to you. To pick up your order, show the staff at the retail store this QR code.
- You can get the QR code by entering your email address and order number on the Track Orders page.
9. Cancellation Policy for Orders
If you decide to cancel your order, you will be charged a S$10 cancellation fee.
10. Delivery Time Slots & Policy
|Tuesday – Friday
We aim to deliver the product to you at the delivery location and time slot specified by you in your order at the time of order checkout. However, we are unable to accommodate any requests for a specific time of delivery within your chosen delivery time slot.
If we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, we will notify you, but we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses resulting from late delivery.
If you need to change your Delivery Time Slots or any other order details, please contact us via our Delivery Hotline at least 1 Working Day before your scheduled delivery date. Otherwise, a S$10 re-delivery fee will be applied.
We are unable to meet any special packing needs for your delivery. For ease of handling during delivery, we may reuse carton boxes to contain your items.
11. Repacking Policy
If you request that the items be repackaged into smaller packets, you will be charged $3.80 per item weighing 5kg or more. This will be done in accordance with and with the approval of Tobias Kibbles’ Repacking Policy. All repackaged pet food is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Tobias Kibbles exclusive brands are not repackaged in order to maintain maximum freshness for the customer.
